Daz's Aiko offers a nice set of facial morphs. AikoLE is free and you can buy the morphs as a seperate item from Daz. Helpful teeth morphs are included which help to deter Aiko's bucktooth complex with the LE version. Here i followed a great tutorial by PhilC on cloth creation found off his site.
